TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
Bitcoin Ben Crypto Clubs

Effective Date: January 1st, 2021

1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time at the discretion of the Club management.

  • Membership cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. There is no guaranteed refund for any canceled membership.

  • Members must comply with all Club rules, policies, and instructions from staff.

2. LIABILITY WAIVER

  • Bitcoin Ben Crypto Clubs ("the Club") and its owners, management, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by members or guests while on the premises.

  • Members assume full responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of their guests while participating in any activities at the Club.

3. ALCOHOL & EVENT LIABILITY

  • The Club may host or facilitate events where alcohol is served; however, the Club is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur off-site after consuming alcohol at Club events.

  • Members and guests consuming alcohol at any Club event must do so responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

4. PRIVACY & MEDIA POLICY

  • The Club does not sell or share any data or personal information of its members with third parties.

  • Members and guests are expected to be considerate when taking photos or videos, ensuring that other members' privacy is respected.

  • Members and guests shall not post any photos or videos of other members on social media platforms without their explicit permission.

5. GENERAL TERMS

  • The Club reserves the right to refuse service, revoke membership, or deny entry to any individual at its discretion.

  • Members and guests must respect the privacy and rights of other Club members.

  • The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Club is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
